Thank you for your interest in the TowelBuddies drop ship program. This letter/agreement will introduce our program to you and should answer any questions that you may have. If you still have questions, check our FAQs.
First of all, you need to submit a drop ship associate application. This is required to make sure we have all of your information on file. This information is kept in a safe, private, secure location. Your submission of the application indicates agreement to the terms set forth in this letter. Submission of your application indicates that you have read and agree to the terms set forth in this letter as well as our faqs page.
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive notification of approval or denial. Once your approval has been received, you may begin adding items to your web site. Approval is given to any site that fits in with our product image and we reserve the right to deny those sites we deem inappropriate. We also reserve the right to rescind approval at any time. We will frequently return to check your web site to make sure that you are representing our products in a manner that we deem appropriate. If your drop ship application with us is rescinded, you will have 7 days to remove all reference to TowelBuddies and associated products from your web site. We will not approve any site that contains adult only material or products. Approval will not be issued to web sites that are not yet set up. If you would like to pre-submit the application, you may do so, but you need to let us know as soon as your web site is up and running.
Please note, not all items on regular retail web site are available on drop ship accounts. Once your approval has been given, you will be given access to the drop ship section of our web site. On that web site you will see all products that are available for drop ship. Once approval is received and you have added our products, you then need to email and let us know that you have your site ready for final approval. Once approval is given (this should be within 24 hours) you can begin taking orders. We will not begin fulfilling orders until and unless your site has been reviewed AFTER adding our products and final approval has been given.
At this time, we are no longer approving eBay sellers or stores (or any other auction site sellers). However, if you have been previously approved, we must insist that you use a fixed price format at MSRP for our products and NOT set them up as an auction item. We will, from time to time, check the auction sites to make sure you are doing this. If we find that you are not following this procedure, we will give you a warning. Second infraction will result in immediate termination from our drop ship program. We only approved a limited number of auction sellers and may at a later date decide to no longer allow for sales on auction sites. At this time we are experimenting with the process and will determine if it is, indeed, in the best interest of our company.
You accept payment for the items and go to the catalog on the Drop Ship section of the web site to place the order with us. You will be notified when the order is shipped (this will be within 3 business days of receipt of the order). Orders placed for multiple shipment locations need to be placed as separate orders.
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). If you opt to pay for your order with a check, we will hold the order for 10 days. We will then ship the order after your check has been received and had time to clear our bank. We will charge a $25 fee for any returned check. If we are unable to collect on a returned check, your account will immediately be turned over for collection. You will be responsible for collection fees as well as any other fees incurred as a result of non payment. If we turn an account over for collection your drop ship relationship with us will be terminated and you will have 7 days to remove all reference to TowelBuddies and associated products from your web site.
When an order is shipped to your customer, our web address does not appear on the package return address label or the packing list. A packing list will be enclosed with your business name (that you complete on the Drop Ship Application), care of our return address. We will also add your company logo to the packing list if you provide us with one (in .jpg or .gif format).
